It's 2018!!!

It is already a week into January and I suddenly realized that I forgot to write my New Year Resolutions list. How crazy is that!

To be honest, I was probably postponing it because of that devious voice in my head constantly repeating: “Are you going to stick to them this time????”.

But you know what, it doesn’t really matter, as long as you keep positive and stay motivated.

The truth is that with the beginning of the year we always make a ton of grand statements that are so hard to stick to that we give up after a week or so. So instead, I am going to make just a few and if it turns out that I simply can’t stick to them, I will just try to readjust them, so they can work better for me.

As a very wise friend of mine said: “Don’t say ‘I will do 5 min of yoga every day’ but better say ‘I will try to do 1 hour of yoga in a week'”. Just adjust it to your schedule and motivate yourself!

It is time to share my

New Year Resolutions List:

  1. Drink more water. – I wouldn’t specify how much or state “Be healthier!”. Drinking more water will be very beneficial for me and hopefully, I will get better at it.
  2. Get more into yoga. – BohoBeautiful is a great Youtube channel with yoga exercises that I would like to get more into it. The 5 min back pain release is a favorite of mine.
  3. Share more content. – Working full time and creating quality content can be challenging. But staying positive and working towards your dreams is the most rewarding thing. I like to watch Ashley Brooke‘s videos for additional inspiration. She always makes me feel better and motivates me to do better.
  4. Create more favorite moments. – traveling, visiting family, having long calls with friends abroad, or simply staying at home with my favorite people. Be calmer and enjoy every moment.

There are so many other things I would like to achieve in 2018… In order to keep it simpler and not too overwhelming, I will start with these and let’s see what the year will bring us.

Be positive. Stay calm. Enjoy the little things.
